The Guest house

The Acuario Guest House is a lovely guest house located right in the city centre of the Marina of Torregrande, which is one of the most popular seaside location in the province of Oristano. The newly refurbished guest house is only 50 metres away from the beach which faces to the original Aragonese Tower from which the town is named after.

This lovely option is the perfect solution if you want to explore the stunning West coast of Sardinia.

The guest house is situated on the ground floor of a beautiful townhouse and has four comfortable and originally decorated bedrooms and a living area.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Given the misunderstanding occurred with some clients, we would like to specify that is a Guest House structure not a Bed & Breakfast.

They are 2 different types of accomodations, and there are some key differences that is better clear to avoid misunderstanding:

1) being a Guest House has not provided the continuous presence of the owner in the structure, in fact, unlike a B&B , the owner does not live in the structure. the service that is offered is to rent the room with welcome on arrival and delivery of keys and then subsequently availability for any other requirement of the customers is guaranteed by the availability telephone 24 hours 24. during the summer is expected to be present an attendant during the morning and early afternoon.

2) a key other difference compared to the B&B is that the breakfast service, which in a B&B is served by the owner, in the Guest House is free of charge inside the room through the availability of packaged foods and drinks, which are offered without payment of a fee. it's a self-service breakfast that the guest may make to his liking. the service fee includes exclusively the rent of the room and laundry (one price).
